Shipping instructions:

Please make sure that the goods are properly packed to be protected during transport. The sender is responsible for the return freight charges.

There is no need to request any RMA number, simply fill in the form and send the goods to us. The form does not need to be printed to the shipment as it is automatically generated from the website to our service order processing.

You are free to use your own preferred freight agent for the transportation, as the return freight is to be paid by the shipper.
